Terms and Conditions | Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Perishable products cannot be returned. Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@lajugueteriadesanta.com

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The privacy policy for the Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don't have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set various cookies to save your login information and screen display options. Login cookies last for two days and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include personal data and simply indicates the publication ID of the article you have just edited. It expires after 1 day.

How long we keep your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if applicable), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they can't change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit that information.

The information provided by customers through this website is confidential and will not be shared with third parties. The information requested and which the client agrees to provide is for the purpose of delivering the products purchased by this means.

What rights do you have over your data?:

Cancellation policies:

The customer may cancel his purchase within a period not exceeding two hours after making the purchase. After this period, the purchase cannot be reversed. The decision to cancel the purchase must be communicated to lajugueteriadesanta.com via email ventas@lajugueteriadesanta.com, within the established period of time. lajugueteriadesanta.com will respond to the customer's request within 24 hours after receiving the notification via email from the customer. The accreditation of the amount of the purchase to the client will be made in accordance with the procedures and policies of the National Bank of Costa Rica, on the debit or credit card with which the payment of the purchase order was made. Or it is a firm purchase, where there is no cancellation option.
